What is a Virtual Assistant?
A Virtual Assistant (VA) is just that, an assistant that is virtual. I work remotely, so I can work wherever I am for wherever you are.

Do you outsource overseas?
No, you will be working with me directly.
What are your hours?
I’m available Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 4.30 pm AEST.
What arrangements do you offer?
- Retainer basis
Choose a retainer package, paid in advance, of 10, 15, or 20 hours for use over four weeks. This is perfect if you have a set budget and consistent work.
- Hourly rate
If your hours may differ from week to week, month to month, this will work best for you.
- Ad hoc/project work
Perfect if you’re unsure if a VA is for you, you have sporadic work or a once-off project.
Do you work with interstate clients?
I sure do! Keep in mind that if you require me to action tasks during particular business hours, I am based in NSW (AEST).
How do we communicate with each other?
I know business owners are pressed for time, and I’m happy to work with you on what is best for you, whether by email, message, Messenger, or WhatsApp.
How do I know everything will be kept confidential?
I value integrity highly, and the confidentially of your business and your business matters are of the utmost importance. If required, I am happy to sign an NDA.
